When do I pay for my child's photographs?
Prepay ordering on our website is the only ordering option. You should have received an email from the school, league, or Bruce Haskell Photography with the link to click on for the order form and the password. Information emails will be sent to you in most cases 2 weeks before picture day.
Payment is due at the time the pictures are taken. If you didn’t receive an order form prior to picture day, you can obtain an order form at the picture day location. How do I order photos of my child on picture day?
Your child should receive our order form from the coach approximately one-two weeks before picture day. On picture day, your child will bring the completed order envelope and payment to the location where pictures are taken and hand it in at the time the photos are taken. Order forms are also available at the picture day location. You also can order online up to 48 hours after picture day without any additional fees.
How and when will I receive the pictures I ordered?
Depending on the organization, they may hold the pictures for distribution at a banquet, or they may distribute them to the coaches who will give the pictures to their players.
I can't find where to find my child's picture online to view?
We do not post any pictures online for viewing before ordering. This is a prepay system, the only packages ordered are those that are paid for on picture day.
My child dropped out of the sport, where do I get my package?
Pictures are delivered to the organization approximately 2-4 weeks after picture day. You will need to check with the league/coach/event point of contact. If they don't have it please contact us and we will locate it.
Picture Information
Get that haircut or hair styled. Have your child's haircut days in advance of picture day so their hair has time to grow back a little.
We provide disposable combs for all students to use on picture day. (Not during Covid 19)
Plan your outfit Plan an outfit that matches your child's hair color, eye color and really flatters them.
Solid colors work the best. Try to make sure that the pattern on their top doesn't have any writing on it or isn't too crazy.
Busy patterns will take all of the attention away from your child's face.
Middle school and high school students the choice your clothes will determine how you feel and will show in your photograph.
Remember when considering your wardrobe for picture day, that your picture is not just for you; other members of your family look forward to having your picture.
Girls remember plunging necklines and tube tops are not the best selection for school photos.
Heavy makeup is not best for your pictures
Skin blemishes can be corrected by selecting retouching on your order form.
If your child gets lots of rest the night before pictures they will look better and have a better attitude.
Wearing glasses. It is fine to wear glasses. We always try our best to avoid glare from the photo lights.
You and your child should decide in advance whether they will wear their glasses for their picture.
Please encourage your child to let their braces show. Attempting to hide braces with your lips normally causes a forced or awkward expression.
